- Incase you want to return the order yourself, you can do so within 15 days of receiving the successful delivery. Kindly return it in its original packing material to the below address with the following details:

- Alternatively, you can request for a return pick-up by filling this Return & Exchange Form. (Please note that this process can take between 4-8 working days.)
- You can return the order within 15 days of receiving the successful delivery. Kindly return it in its original packing material.
- You can cancel all the items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back to your Bank Account within 15 days in case of online orders.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Leo Sansini, you can return the product to us. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn't fit and by mistake delivered a wrong size.
- Please note that we only offer returns, NO REFUNDS in the form of cash will be issued by Leo Sansini. Refunds, if any will be issued in the form of store credit only.

- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of the invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been canceled due to any of the following reasons:
- If the product is out of stock or is discontinued
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
- We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if a partial order is canceled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

- Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/SMS advising you about the new order confirmation.
10. We do not accept returns or exchanges or requests for the same, on items that have sale offerings of 50% and above. The above-mentioned points from 1 through 9, do not apply on these items.
